Job summary

Leidos is seeking aqualified Site Service Shift Engineer to join our UK team at Manchester Airport. You will support on-site installation, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of airport security systems, reporting to the Field Services Area Manager.

The role requires a technical background in electronics, strong customer communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with X-ray/CT technologies and CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of technical school / or military training in electronics engineering technology would be highly desirable.
• Solid experience of working successfully within a site or field service environment within a directly applicable industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of x-ray, CT technologies, and company’s products and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot X-ray and CT security systems on site.
• Provide on-site training for customer personnel.
• Troubleshoot system interfaces and diagnose problems with customers.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and service visits.
• Maintain Salesforce or similar CRM with required admin tasks.
