Zen Educate Inc. in Manchester is seeking an Account Manager to help schools hire teachers quickly and cost-effectively. This full-time, onsite role focuses on building strong relationships with headteachers and guiding recruitment with a consultative approach.

You’ll own the end-to-end process, collaborate with Sales, Ops and Tech, and contribute to a mission-driven team in a fast-paced startup. Salary banding is based on transferable skills and interview performance.

Responsabilidades

• Owning relationships with key schools helping them hire smarter and faster.
• Leading school leaders through recruitment processes with a consultative approach.
• Picking up the phone and building genuine relationships (outbound calling, focused on helping, not just selling).
• Collaborating with Sales, Ops, and Tech to deliver the best possible experience for schools.
• Thriving in a startup environment where weeks are varied.
