Job summary

Zen Educate is seeking an Account Manager to help schools hire teachers more efficiently and cost-effectively. You’ll own relationships with key schools, guide them through recruitment processes with a consultative approach, and build trust through proactive outreach.

Based in Leeds, this full-time, onsite role offers a competitive salary (£35,000–£44,000 OTE) and a chance to scale a mission-driven platform that saves schools money while improving educational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of hitting sales targets (or similar KPIs).
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Comfort with outbound calling and cold outreach.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with key schools and help them hire smarter and faster.
• Lead school recruitment processes with a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with Sales, Ops and Tech to ensure a great user experience.
• Help build pipeline and contribute to product feedback.
