Thames Water Utilities Limited is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead a dedicated team of Quantity Surveyors delivering Major Projects and Programmes in AMP8. You will oversee a contractor programme value of up to £400m per year, ensuring value for money and contract governance.
The role requires chartered status or strong RICS knowledge, extensive commercial management experience, and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders to drive outcomes.
We are looking for a talented Managing Quantity Surveyor who has the skills and necessary experience to challenge, engage, influence and drive change.
This is an integral and exciting opportunity lead a dedicated and enthusiastic team of Quantity Surveyors essential to the successful delivery of Major Projects and Programmes in AMP8 at Thames Water. You will oversee a contractor programme value of up to £400m per annum in AMP8, playing a vital role in ensure we deliver value and life's essential service to Customers.
