BAM UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor for an onshore team, based in Inverness-shire. The role involves leading a commercial team on large civil works and coordinating with operations, support services and clients to deliver robust financial control and value delivery.
Initially office-based in Kilsyth or Inverness, with site work three days per week and two days at head offices. Living-away allowance and other package benefits are provided.
BAM UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced and motivated Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our ASTI onshore team, working on a new large substation in Inverness-shire. As a key member of this team, you will contribute to the delivery of large‑scale civil engineering works that will provide critical infrastructure to support future renewable developments across Scotland.
Initially, you will be based out of our Kilsyth or Inverness office, before transitioning to site during the project delivery phase, where you will likely be on site a minimum of three days per week, with the remaining two days at one of our head offices. A living‑away allowance will be provided for working away from home, along with other package benefits.
