Job summary

Morson Edge are collaborating with a tier 1 contractor to recruit a Managing QS for their Civil Engineering/Water division in London. The role focuses on full commercial lifecycle from tender to final account, leading NEC3/NEC4 contract projects and managing teams (AQS, QS, SQS) to optimise project profitability.

Salary up to £90k plus package, including car or car allowance, with a London-based position. The ideal candidate will have strong civil engineering experience, utilities/heavy civils

Qualifications

• Strong civil engineering / infrastructure background.
• Utilities/ Heavy Civils Full commercial lifecycle: tender - delivery - final account.
• Proven NEC3/NEC4 contract experience (essential).

Responsibilities

• Oversee project/prog of works profit and loss.
• Lead commercial activities from tender through delivery to final account.
• Manage teams – AQS, QS, SQS.
