You\'ll take lead of the Commercial division. Overseeing 3 quantity surveyors and an assistant you\'ll be responsible for overseeing the division, Profit and Loss and supporting the new generation.

Requirements

• 5 years + Experience
• Ideally you will have experience of Prime / Super prime property experience
• Experience of working for a main contractor
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• The desire to lead and build teams
