About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and talented Managing Quantity Surveyor who has a wealth of knowledge in the main contracting market as well as experience managing and controlling the commercial aspects of a variety of projects within the business.The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated commercial staff.

About You

Significant experience in the main contracting market with experience of working on Educational, commercial, Healthcare and Public buildings between £5 and £40 million. Experience of overseeing multiple schemes in PCSA and reviewing and negotiating Main Contract terms.

As an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will be used to working on your own initiative with knowledge of the procurement of sub-contractors and the monthly measurement cycle associated with, a BSc or HND (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent commercially related subject, and RICS Membership.
