Murphy is recruiting for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to work with Energy on Aberthaw (South of Cardiff near Barry) or Llandyfaelog (between Carmathen and Llanelli). The role will see you manage all commercial aspects, build a team, and drive cash flow, WIP, and cost reporting for the portfolio, while mentoring APCs and collaborating with senior management.
The ideal candidate is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) or equivalent, with registration with RICS/ICES, and a strong knowledge of NEC

Llandyfaelog is a new substation build, Aberthaw is an extension of an existing substation. The commercial team will be based off site predominantly for Stages 1a and 1b at a client co-located office in Bristol / Cardiff (TBD)
