Job summary

Page Personnel is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a well-regarded social housing contractor delivering planned maintenance, retrofit and refurbishment programmes across the West Midlands. The role leads commercial delivery across multiple contracts and manages a team of QSs.

You will oversee cost control, budgeting, procurement, and risk management, build strong client and supply chain relationships, and contribute to commercial strategy and long-term frameworks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Managing Quantity Surveyor in the social housing, refurbishment, planned maintenance or retrofit sectors.
• Strong understanding of commercial management principles and contract administration.
• Experience leading and developing commercial teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of cost reporting, forecasting and risk management.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities
