We are looking for a senior executive leader to join our team as Managing Director. This is a key strategic partnership with the CEO, focused on translating vision into operational excellence and driving the company's long‑term growth and stability. Workload
  • Full‑time, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
  • Translate the company's strategic vision into a comprehensive operational plan, driving execution and performance management across all departments.
  • Assume full P&L ownership, managing the company's financial health, profitability, and the effective allocation of all resources.
  • Oversee all core business functions—including commercial, delivery, and operations—to ensure efficiency, quality, and continuous process optimization.
  • Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities, including market expansion and strategic partnerships, to drive top‑line revenue growth.
  • Serve as a primary strategic advisor to the CEO, providing data‑driven insights and proactive risk management to inform high‑level decision‑making.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the management team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and clear communication.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience in a senior executive leadership role (e.g., MD, COO, General Manager) within a technology or consulting firm.
  • Demonstrable experience with full P&L ownership and a track record of driving profitability and commercial growth.
  • Expertise in translating high‑level strategy into actionable operational plans and managing company‑wide execution.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, with experience developing senior management teams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
  • Fluent in English, both and verbal.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience scaling a B2B professional services or software development company.
  • A foundational understanding of the technologies we specialize in (AI, Rust, Computer Vision, etc.).
  • Experience working with globally distributed, remote teams.
