The Managing Director will be a senior leader responsible for driving agency strategy, positioning, and client offerings. The ideal candidate is proactive, experienced in winning and growing business, and comfortable with ambiguity and rapid growth.

Responsibilities:

• Position as an industry leader and develop brand awareness.
• Build and lead a multi-disciplinary team including analytics, digital, and creative services.
• Proven success in agency environment, business development, and growing complex client portfolios.
• Develop targeted programs for Medical Affairs and Clinical Trials teams.
• Expand offerings into digital media, marketing, advertising, and social media.
• Manage current portfolio and new business to ensure profitability.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Immerse in Real Chemistry's methodologies and develop 30-60-90 day plans.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategy.
• Mentor and train team members, identify new hires.
