Key priorities will include strengthening the management team, developing commercial opportunities, enhancing operational effectiveness and creating a scalable platform for the future.

The Candidate

We are seeking an ambitious, commercially astute leader with a strong operational background in hard FM, M&E, technical services or a closely related sector.

You may already be a Managing Director or be operating at Regional, Divisional or Operations Director level within a larger organisation, looking for the opportunity to take full responsibility for a business.

You will bring:

  • Strong operational leadership and P&L management experience.
  • A track record of delivering profitable growth and developing customer relationships.
