Location: Victoria, London; some hybrid-working (3-4 days/week in office).

Position Overview: The client has an established reputation as the #1 comms advisor to the asset & wealth management (A&WM) sector in London but is actively expanding into the wider FS market to include insurance, commercial & retail banking, private capital, fintech, payments and Crypto.

The Group is creating a new role for an FS lead and is seeking a well-networked, experienced senior leader with a proven track record of building business and advising international clients across the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be leading an established and dynamic A&WM team and working with them to build and grow a strong position in the broader FS market. The role will be part of the senior management team tasked with developing the agency as the front runner in AI / complexity science backed communication and reputation solutions.
• As a leader in the business you would be responsible for setting strategic direction of the team and ensuring exceptional client delivery whilst fostering a culture of collaboration, development, and high performance across the team.
