The Managing Director will:

• Provide operational and strategic leadership across five care settings.
• Directly line-manage two Home Managers.
• Drive occupancy and improve average fee rates.
• Maintain excellent regulatory compliance and CQC ratings.
• Embed strong quality assurance frameworks.
• Develop multi-disciplinary working within budget.
• Implement performance scorecards and foster a high-performance culture.
• Pioneer cultural transformation and staff engagement initiatives.
• Liaise with Local Authorities and ensure effective reporting.
