Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Vision: Champion the company values and lead by example, inspiring and engaging with all levels of the organization. Develop and communicate a compelling vision that aligns with our strategic goals and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
2. People Management: Take full accountability for the people plan, including coaching and development of senior managers, succession planning, and maintaining a positive and inclusive company culture.
3. Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring quality and output measures are met. Collaborate with the Operations and Quality & Safety Managers to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
4. Business Strategy: Develop and execute the business plan, achieving production, sales, and financial targets. Drive commercial success by building and maintaining strong relationships with key leaders in the food retail and manufacturing industries.
5. Customer Focus: Champion the customer in all business discussions, ensuring a relentless focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction.
6. Health & Safety: Foster a health and safety culture throughout the organization, ensuring excellence in all functions.
7. Sustainability: Lead initiatives to innovate and improve sustainability practices, aiming for a carbon-neutral target and promoting environmental responsibility.
