The Opportunity

As Managing Director, you will take full P&L responsibility, setting and executing the strategic vision for the company. You'll lead a talented team across operations, sales, and manufacturing—ensuring excellence in quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a leader with a strong commercial mindset and a background in sales within the glass, fenestration, or building materials sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the company's strategic plan in alignment with market opportunities and business goals
