Job description

My client is a London-based boutique recruitment business focused on Accountancy & Finance. They are small but well-established and have a credible reputation. The business is split into three specialist teams that deliver permanent and interim briefs across C&I, FS, and NFP/Third sector.

Although this is a small firm, they have invested in excellent technology. This individual will work with an innovative personality predictive profiler tool that helps qualify candidates quickly. The firm is entrepreneurial, open-minded, and forward-thinking. This next hire will either be someone with an appetite to grow and manage an interim team or someone who wants to be a career biller.

This is a great place to work where consultants work autonomously but collaboratively. The firm is very well established in the perm team and recruits Accountants from the transactional level up to CFO, with salaries ranging from £25,000-£150,000. They have recently invested in a very experienced Director to build out the interims team, who has made an excellent start. They now need a number two to support the Director in continuing the growth. This could be an excellent opportunity to leverage the brand's well-established client base and build out the interim offering.
