Your Role

As a Data & AI Strategy Manager, you will lead and inspire teams to guide organisations through the complexities of leveraging data effectively to drive strategic business outcomes. Drawing from your expertise in Data management, strategy formulation, analytics and AI, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering transformation initiatives that enable our client to harness the power and value of their data assets.

We are looking for candidates with consulting experience in one or more of the following sectors: Transport, Energy, Utilities, Government, Defence, Consumer Products & Retail, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Financial Services.

This role requires visionary leadership, technical proficiency, and exceptional communication skills to steer teams through the intricacies of modern data landscapes. Specifically:

• You will lead innovation initiatives, leveraging AI advancements, and data-driven insights to drive value creation for our clients, by exploring emerging trends, experimenting with new concepts, and championing innovative solutions.
• You will develop and nurture trusted client relationships, serving as a strategic advisor and partner in solving key challenges in data, analytics, and AI delivery.
• You will provide strategic direction and leadership in data strategy, guiding teams in aligning data initiatives with organisational objectives and driving business value through data-driven decision-making.
• You will lead efforts to assess the maturity of clients’ data & AI capabilities through a variety of methods, providing strategic guidance and actionable insights to drive organisational improvement and innovation.
• You will provide strategic guidance on leveraging data-driven insights to inform business decision-making, including advising clients on information management practices, advanced analytics techniques, and emerging trends in data strategy.
• You will lead large scale data transformations ranging from the business case and strategy assessment to the implementation of data solutions, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• You will collaborate with key stakeholders and facilitate innovation initiatives aimed at experimenting with new data and AI concepts.
• You will play a key role in developing our Data & AI Strategy capability through the development of new market-leading offerings and capabilities.
• You will contribute to the development of our people, supporting the growth of our Analytics and AI Advisory team through charismatic leadership qualities.
