The Role
As a Managing Consultant, you’ll be set on a clear path to progress, with goals in place from the start to help you advance to a Managing Consultant role—if that’s the direction you wish to pursue.
In your role as a 360 MC Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment cycle, including client relationship management, candidate sourcing, full-cycle recruitment, market analysis, and business development. You’ll play a key role in driving success through end-to-end engagement with both clients and candidates, ensuring growth and excellence in every step of the process. Once you have made your mark, you'll have the opportunity to grow your team and lead towards the next level!
