£160,000 - £200,000 + EXCELLENT PACKAGE (30% BONUS + LTIP)

Embark on a transformative journey with a boutique consultancy that has been growing rapidly over the last few years. Our client is expanding their high-caliber team and seeking a visionary leader to champion a new division within their Procurement Practice.

This consultancy is a well-reputed name in the market and is keen to grow/expand in different industry areas. This role will provide the right candidate with autonomy

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Partner within a Procurement Practice, you'll be a driver of change, leading global sourcing and procurement efforts that deliver unparalleled value and excellence to both new and existing industry clients. This is an opportunity to make a substantial impact, overseeing complex initiatives, and collaborating with high-profile clients in these dynamic industries.

You will also hold complete autonomy for the growth of your vertical of choice (Life Sciences, Finance or Industrial Manufacturing): leading sales with high-profile clients; recruiting a high-caliber team of consultants and managers to specialize in this space; and taking full responsibility for the P&L.

PROCUREMENT PARTNER, KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Drive transformative procurement initiatives, collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure optimal value delivery.
  2. Client Engagement: Secure, cultivate, and nurture relationships with clients within your vertical, offering the potential for international collaboration and travel.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead a dynamic team of high-potential individuals across procurement functions.
  4. Innovation: Identify and implement cutting-edge procurement solutions to enhance processes and elevate services for your clients.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND:

  1. Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in procurement within a defined industry, such as: Life sciences, finance, or industrial manufacturing.
  2. Management Consultancy Experience: Proven track record of sales and client management in the Management Consultancy space, adept at targeting and influencing senior stakeholders.
  3. Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, drive strategic initiatives, and achieve outstanding results.
  4. Innovative Mindset: Fuel your passion for innovation, implementing industry-leading sourcing practices.
  5. Educational Background: Strong academic record and industry-specific certifications are beneficial but not essential (CIPS/MCIPS).
  6. Work Authorization: Candidates must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship requirements.
