Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day ownership of high-value real estate dispute matters, setting strategy and driving cases forward.
• Lead client relationships and work closely with Partners and Legal Directors across offices.
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers to maintain high technical standards and delivery.
• Contribute to business development, pitches, and panel appointments to grow client relationships.
• Support cross-border matters and uphold AG2030 growth objectives.
