Job summary

Addleshaw Goddard, Manchester, seeks an ambitious Managing Associate for its Real Estate Disputes team to lead high-value litigation, drive case strategy, and develop junior lawyers. You will manage landlord and tenant disputes, service of break notices, dilapidations and related litigation, while delivering strategic, commercial advice.

As a senior member, you will supervise, nurture talent, and contribute to client relationships and business development in line with AG2030 Growth Strategy.

Qualifications

• England & Wales-qualified solicitor with 6+ years' PQE in Real Estate Disputes.
• Strong technical expertise across a broad range of contentious real estate matters.
• Proven ability to lead on complex landlord and tenant disputes and related litigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a varied mix of real estate disputes, focusing on high-value matters.
• Take day-to-day ownership of matters, managing strategy and client relationships.
• Supervise, mentor and develop junior lawyers; delegate effectively.
• Support business development and client relationships for the division.
