Qualifications

• Be an England & Wales-qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years' post-qualification experience in Real Estate Disputes.
• Demonstrate leadership in complex landlord and tenant disputes and related litigation.
• Able to manage significant matters autonomously with sound judgement.
• Commercial, solutions-focused approach aligned with clients' objectives.
• Strong client relationship management and development of junior lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day ownership of matters, leading strategy and client relationships.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior lawyers within the team.
• Lead high-value, high-profile real estate disputes including dilapidations and rent disputes.
• Contribute to business development, pitches, and panel appointments.
• Deliver technically excellent work in a collegiate, collaborative environment.
