Simmons & Simmons is seeking a Managing Associate (5+ PQE) to join our digital assets practice in London or Bristol. You will lead transactions, advise on digital assets, tokenisation, and related regulatory matters, and work with cross-border teams across offices.

You will develop client relationships, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to growth of the practice while delivering high-quality structuring and financing work for cryptoasset clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ PQE is required.
• Strong structured finance or derivatives background essential.
• Genuine interest in digital assets, tokenisation and emerging technologies.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills with ability to lead transactions.
• Strong client-facing and BD capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead transactions and day-to-day delivery, working with partner and team.
• Advise on digital asset transactions, tokenisation, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate transaction and structured finance docs for an international client base.
• Develop client relationships and provide commercial input.
• Supervise and support juniors; contribute to marketing and business development.
