Job summary

Analysys Mason in Greater London is seeking a Manager, Transformation and Value Creation to lead major transformation programmes across technology-intensive sectors and build strong client relationships. You will guide delivery of value-led outcomes, shaping strategy, operating models and performance improvements.

As a Manager, you will play a key part in contributing to Analysys Mason’s global growth.

Under the guidance of our TVC Practice Lead, Oli Barnett, you will work alongside a highly motivated leadership team responsible for the growth of the practice, shaping and mentoring your career and the future of Analysys Mason.

You will manage complex and strategic projects for clients, partnering with them throughout the entire lifecycle. Acting as a bridge between Analysys Mason and our clients, you will lead the delivery of value-led outcomes that meet our clients’ high standards and expectations.

Our projects are diverse, and your focus could include value creation, commercial and operational excellence, revenue growth, cost and margin optimisation and operating model design.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing and delivering major transformation and strategic change programmes across tech intensive industries.
• Building attributable client relationships based on the breadth and depth of your technology expertise.
• Managing a diverse range of client engagement types across a range of sectors and geographies.
• Helping to develop intellectual capital around expert topic areas to support client delivery and sales.
• Controlling and optimising resources and costs in the delivery of projects.
• Proactively inspiring high levels of performance from project teams.
• Developing and mentoring project teams and sector members, as well as line-managing team members.
