Job summary

Interpath Advisory is seeking a motivated Manager for its Transaction Services team in London. You will lead the delivery of Financial Due Diligence and Vendor Due Diligence, evaluate earnings quality, and benchmark working capital for diverse Financial Services clients, including banks and asset managers.

Transaction Services team in London. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with a diverse portfolio of Financial Services clients, such as banks, non-bank lenders, fintechs, asset managers, insurance brokers and others. The team has ambitions to grow rapidly and extend coverage to an even broader array of sub-sectors. As a Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on complex engagements, develop client relationships, and collaborate closely with industry leaders in a dynamic and entrepreneurial Deal Advisory practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of Financial Due Diligence (FDD), Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) and Vendor Assist reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years' experience in Transaction Services or another relevant field.
• Experience working on transactions within the Financial Services sector is essential.
• Chartered Accountancy, or other similar professional qualification, preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and strong team to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven record of managing senior client supporting business development and originating opportunities is advantageous but not Summary.
