Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Manager in Technology Risk & Controls for Regulatory Reporting Solutions Engineering in London. You will lead technology risk, cyber and resilience risk management, ensuring regulatory obligations are translated into effective controls and governance processes.

You will coordinate risk assessments, support audits and deliver management information to senior stakeholders while partnering with engineering, product, and production teams to strengthen

Qualifications

• Lead technology risk, control and regulatory compliance activities across Regulatory Reporting Solutions Engineering.
• Coordinate risk and control activity to ensure risks are identified, assessed and managed.
• Support implementation of technology, cyber security and operational resilience requirements applicable to regulatory reporting.
• Produce high-quality risk information for governance forums and senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate evidence gathering for regulatory reviews, audits and assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate risk assessments, control reviews and remediation tracking across engineering teams.
• Maintain technology risk frameworks, control standards and governance processes.
• Escalate emerging compliance risks and control weaknesses in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, production management and cyber teams.
• Communicate risk topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
