What will you be doing?

• Develop and motivate teams, instill confidence, and coach individuals to achieve results
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients, managing key contacts
• Manage small projects and significant parts of larger engagements independently
• Demonstrate expertise and generate insights in the TMT sector, especially digital infrastructure
• Coordinate the preparation of deliverables across multiple workstreams

What will you need to do it?

• Experience from a leading strategy firm or Big 4 consulting arm
• Strong understanding of value drivers in the TMT sector, especially digital infrastructure (data centers, telco, fiber)
• Experience in developing business pitches
• Proven project management and end-to-end delivery skills
• Ability to discuss key industry issues credibly with clients
• Financial modeling skills to support recommendations
• Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, risks, and profitability
