To support the continued expansion of this dynamic company, we are currently looking for a Manager Regional Market Access (m/f/d) Cluster UK & Australia.

Location: UK - London Area

As Manager Regional Market Access, your core mission is to secure and sustain product access, reimbursement, and pricing in alignment with global strategy and local payer expectations. You will be an integral part of the global market access team, collaborating with global teams, affiliates, and external stakeholders to communicate our global value propositions and implement reimbursement strategies across the UK and Australia.

1. Develop and execute market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for the cluster, ensuring alignment with global strategic frameworks.
2. Support HTA dossiers and P&R applications in collaboration with global and local teams, effectively communicating global value messages to regional stakeholders.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key regional stakeholders, providing local market intelligence to inform global strategic discussions.
4. Liaise with local affiliates to reflect local needs in access strategy definition.
5. Monitor access landscape and pricing developments, sharing insights with the global team to identify opportunities and risks.
6. Contribute to the development of global health economic and value communication tools, ensuring local relevance.
7. Serve as a strategic partner to the global market access team and local commercial teams, supporting product launches and pricing activities.
8. Support global drug development efforts by providing regional insights relevant to clinical trial design, evidence generation, and reimbursement pathways.

Qualifications include:

• University degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in market access, pricing & reimbursement, or health economics, ideally within an international context.
• Market access experience in the UK, Nordics, and/or Australia.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and HTA processes in key markets (e.g., NICE, TLV, PBAC).
• Proven experience engaging with external agencies and payer stakeholders, including relevant stakeholder networks.
• Excellent communication skills and diplomacy.
• Strategic mindset with strong project management skills and ability to work independently across diverse healthcare environments.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages (e.g., Scandinavian languages or German) are a plus.
• High intercultural competence and willingness to travel within and outside Europe.
