Job Title: Manager Real Estate

Location: London

Division: Real Estate

Reporting to: Director of Real Estate and Retail Development

Purpose of the Role:

The Real Estate Manager responds to the Director, Real Estate & Retail Development and actively manages all the activities and the tasks related to the real estate projects at European level for the luxury houses at CAPRI, such as communication and negotiations with landlords, external partners, legal, administration and archive management.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor key deadlines and contractual obligations (lease’s expiration or renewal, rent review or break clauses);
• Manage the negotiations with the landlords and external parties;
• Organize the site surveys with the Landlord, Store Concept Department team and local architects;
• Participate actively in meetings with key people inside the organization (e.g. Brand Presidents, Finance, Legal, Store Concept, Retail and Retail Operations Departments, as well as project managers);
• Request and follow up the insurance certificates and bank guarantees/deposit to be attached to the lease;
• Maintain real estate contracts, data and files;
• Support the Real Estate software implementation, maintain it and monitor deadlines;
• Prepare relevant material and documentation for project presentations and internal approval.

You’ll Need to Have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in global retail company or real estate broker agency; University background in Economics/Architecture/Real Estate/Marketing;
• Be very flexible and able to prioritize near-term assignments;
• Have exceptional organizational skills;
• Have strong problem-solving attitude;
• Be an excellent communicator with strong social intelligence;
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
