EY in Belfast is seeking a Manager to lead Organisation Design within People Consulting. You will shape operating models, drive change initiatives and partner with clients to embed lasting transformation.

You will manage delivery on programmes, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to growing EY's People Consulting practice in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

• A degree and relevant professional experience.
• Passion for organisation design and engagement.
• Ability to quickly understand complex business problems and develop solutions.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle.
