Job summary

Hawksmoor in London is seeking a Manager in Training to fast-track toward becoming an Assistant General Manager. You’ll learn from senior leaders, take on responsibility across all restaurant operations and help run day-to-day service while developing leadership, commercial and guest-experience skills.

The programme covers people management, financial performance and projects that drive operational excellence.

Manager in Training (Assistant General Manager)

As a Manager in Training at Hawksmoor, you’ll be on a fast-track development journey toward becoming an Assistant General Manager. You’ll learn from some of the best leaders in the industry, take on responsibility across all areas of the restaurant, and play a key part in running day-to-day operations while developing the skills to manage a site of your own.
