Finance Manager

Contract: Full Time Permanent

Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, flexible between 8-5

Training: Fully qualified CIMA, ACA, or ACCA

Site: Office-based in Leeds, LS11 5BD with 1-day WFH flexibility

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Manager at our Leeds office. This role involves working with the financial team to reconcile all financial transactions and may support the Corporate Finance team with corporate accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve daily reconciliations and reports
• Oversee transactions between Operating and Financial systems
• Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines and KPIs
• Collaborate with clients to locate missing payments
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Deliver timely reporting and support project financial analysis
• Maintain financial transaction processes, controls, and documentation
• Work according to SOPs and best practices
• Resolve open issues with clients and development teams
• Manage financial reporting within the client's transaction system

Management Functions

• Oversee daily financial operations
• Supervise a team of 3, ensuring deliverables meet SLAs
• Develop, coach, mentor, and evaluate team members

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification
• Leadership skills to manage and mentor teams
• Experience supporting senior partners and maintaining relationships
• Attention to detail and quick resolution of data issues
• Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to executives
• Experience with financial systems
• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP is advantageous
• Relevant accounting experience
