Virgin Media O is seeking a senior credit risk leader to own the strategy and performance of a large customer credit portfolio. You will oversee end-to-end credit risk across products, brands and channels, guiding decisions with data and strong commercial judgment.

This is a senior leadership role with real breadth and influence, shaping how Virgin Media O manages credit risk for its existing customers. You will own the strategy and performance of a significant customer credit portfolio, balancing sustainable growth with fair, responsible customer outcomes while protecting the long-term financial health of the business. You will lead end-to-end credit risk oversight across products, brands and channels, using data, insight and strong commercial judgement to guide decision-making. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Finance and Operations, you will translate portfolio performance into clear financial outcomes, strengthen governance with third-party partners and build a high-performing analytical team that drives continuous improvement.
