Your Day-to-Day:

1. Managing Daily Operations: Ensuring that the team achieves daily and weekly targets, maintaining operational efficiency.
2. Coaching and Mentoring: Providing hands-on guidance, training, and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
3. Performance Monitoring: Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on individual and team performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
4. Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving immediate challenges and obstacles that the team encounters, ensuring seamless operations.
5. Account Growth: Work with account managers and regional directors to drive account growth, focusing on expanding product consumption and knowledge of our brands. Actively identify new leads and opportunities in Enterprise accounts.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Get to know our accounts as thoroughly as possible. Conduct comprehensive stakeholder mapping to identify and engage key decision makers. Be proficient with influence maps to highlight the roles, interests, and influence of each stakeholder.
7. Account Penetration: Stay ahead in all Enterprise account interactions. Organize meetings and event invitations, craft impactful recap emails, or find ways to develop new relationships. Always remain accessible to our accounts.
8. Collaborating on Campaign Execution: Work closely with our Sales and Success teams to ensure a seamless experience from the first touchpoint. Work with our Product team to provide feedback and explore and deliver solutions. Work with our Marketing team to build advocacy.
9. Learning and Educating: Use your knowledge to make our accounts successful. Embrace opportunities for continuous learning and growth. Ensure that your team is well trained and knowledgeable.

Additional Details:

• This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week.
• This role requires communication with Directors, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person, and/or by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions.
• Some travel may be required for this role.
• Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).

What You Bring to The Team:

• 2 to 4 years of experience managing a quota-carrying sales team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality of work.
• Excellent active listening skills, written communication skills, and the ability to effectively present written and verbal information to users and prospects via phone and email.
• Demonstrated leadership skills; your team sees you as a SME and someone they can come to with questions.
• Critical thinking skills when faced with challenges of your own or of a team member.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
• Being data-driven is your natural strength, and having measurable targets helps you stay focused.
• Passionate about providing users with a positive experience.
• Ability to problem solve and propose solutions using data to drive decisions.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
