Omnicom Media Group Europe (OMG EMEA) seeks a Manager to own the day-to-day operation of a global marketing taxonomy governance service. The role ensures taxonomy standards, data dictionaries and naming conventions are maintained while driving compliant change across markets and teams for reliable activation, measurement and reporting.
Working across business, media, data and reporting teams, the Manager will chair governance, assess impacts, deliver guidance and train staff to improve adoption
Role purpose Own the day-to-day operation of a global marketing taxonomy governance service. The role maintains approved taxonomy and metadata standards, manages controlled change, monitors compliance and helps markets and delivery teams apply naming and classification standards consistently. Working across business, media, data and reporting teams, the Manager ensures taxonomy supports reliable activation, measurement and reporting.

Our team of Annalectuals is growing rapidly and are based in over 80 countries around the globe, supported by global and regional team hubs in NY, London, Singapore, Gurgaon, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. The EMEA team is responsible for global and regional client relationships led from London, as well as the development of new data-driven marketing capabilities. They form part of our global team and collaborate closely with local market Annalect teams across EMEA as well as regional Omnicom agency partners.
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in‑office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in‑office attendance.
