Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management for TV/film accounts;
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with clients, prioritising key accounts and organising regular client meetings, both regional and local.
  • Regularly seek new business opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with clients production slate and new commissions.
  • Deliver regular reporting about progress made.
  • Collaborate with other B2B teams - sync, admin, bespoke.

Manage budget spend on key clients;

  • Contributing to marketing ideas/events/ways to engage clients.
  • Provide timely & accurate music searches for client music briefs.
  • Actively forward pitch for new leads.
  • Regularly seek possible new deal opportunities – blankets, admin, JV, etc.

Industry events;

  • Seeking out and attending new and existing industry and networking events.
  • Remain up to date with industry news and updates.

CRM;

  • Develop, organise and maintain our CRM database, efficiently managing client lists.

Your Profile:

  • Experience working in sync and/or production within the music industry.
  • Knowledge of MAC & PC functionality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to easily build relationships with others and an impeccable phone manner.
  • Approachable, personable and articulate.
  • Musical knowledge.
  • Proven track record of bringing in new business.
  • Enthusiastic and creative, keen to contribute ideas.
  • Self-motivator and avid team player.
  • Organised with excellent eye for detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritise with several deadlines.

It’s a plus (not a must) if you also have experience working with our clients on the production side who include major broadcasters, ad agencies, and TV production companies, and/or experience working within the TV media industry.
