Are you passionate about strategy and ready to make an impact at the highest levels of a mission-driven global organization? CFA Institute is looking for a strategic thinker and exceptional communicator to join our Corporate Strategy and Market Intelligence team. As Manager, Corporate Strategy, you’ll help define and execute enterprise-wide strategies, support high-level decision-making, and play a key role in shaping the future of our organization and the investment profession.
Drive Strategic Initiatives
Support the identification and evaluation of new strategic opportunities, from internal initiatives to potential partnerships and acquisitions.
Enable Data-Driven Planning
Collaborate across teams to develop business cases, support enterprise and business unit planning, and ensure alignment with overall strategy.
Create Executive-Level Impact
Develop compelling presentations, discussion guides, and briefing materials for our Leadership Team and Board of Governors, translating complex topics into clear, strategic narratives.
Support Corporate Development
Assess new business opportunities, maintain a database of strategic targets, and assist in due diligence, evaluation, and execution of partnerships and M&A activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or business planning
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
Excellent PowerPoint and presentation development abilities
Proven ability to communicate strategic ideas effectively to senior stakeholders
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Strategy, or a related discipline
Experience in nonprofit, education, or credentialing organizations
Experience developing business cases and evaluating strategic initiatives
Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data

At CFA Institute, we are committed to transparency and equity in our hiring process. In compliance with wage transparency laws in many of the jurisdictions in which we recruit, we provide the following information regarding compensation for this position:
Expected salary Range for US based candidates: $90,000 - $115,000
Expected salary Range for UK based candidates: £55,000 – £70,000
Other benefits include eligibility for annual incentives, 12% pension employer contribution, and competitive medical benefits.
