Job Description

The Manager, Corporate Strategy will support key strategic initiatives, market assessments, and growth opportunity analyses across the organization. Working closely with the Associate Director and Group Director of Corporate Strategy, this role will be crucial in developing insights, building business cases, and driving strategic planning processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing, analytical, and collaborative individual eager to grow their impact in a dynamic, global environment.

What You Will Do

1. Gather and synthesize data to develop actionable strategic recommendations.
2. Analyze markets, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform growth strategies.
3. Support the development of Board and ExCo materials with clear and insightful storytelling.
4. Assist in due diligence efforts for potential acquisitions or strategic partnerships.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Product, Technology) to align execution plans with strategy.
6. Manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

1. Experience in corporate strategy, strategic consulting, investment banking, or related fields.
2. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems.
3. Proven experience developing business cases, market assessments, and executive-level presentations.
4. Comfort working with senior stakeholders in a dynamic, evolving environment.
5. Bachelor’s degree is preferable.
6. MBA or relevant graduate degree is preferred but not mandatory.
