We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Corporate Simplification Team. Our Consulting division integrates multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to deliver client-centric solutions for RSM’s current and future clients within the middle market. An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Corporate Simplification Restructuring Advisory team. The role offers the chance to develop a broad range of commercial skills across corporate reorganisations and Members Voluntary Liquidations. While based primarily in London, we operate a national practice, and the successful candidate may be located anywhere in the UK, working alongside Partners and Directors across the country.

The role involves attending marketing events and collaborating with Partners and Directors to support their marketing and business objectives. We encourage growth and career development with a clear progression path.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete assignments following the Firm’s procedures and statutory obligations, including client arrangements, costs, and billing.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute assignments, managing cases according to standards and regulations.
  • Assist and support the Corporate Simplification team, providing training and guidance to colleagues.
  • Prepare and seek approval for engagement letters, ancillary documents, and take-on procedures.
  • Complete KPIs for Partner/Director approval.
  • Ensure diary lines are completed in compliance with RA standards.
  • Review and approve documents across IPS and Virtual Cabinet.
  • Manage general case administration, including billing.
  • Understand project details in collaboration with Partners, Directors, and other teams.
  • Attend initial client meetings and analyze received information.
  • Manage large corporate reduction projects and asset distributions.
  • Prepare statutory reports and contribute to team development through networking and technical skills.
Personal and Professional Qualities:

The ideal candidate will be CPI or JIEB qualified, with experience in a similar role and capable of leading Members Voluntary Liquidations. Strong technical, analytical, report-writing, and interpersonal skills are essential. Additionally, the candidate should possess:
