Michael Page Property and Construction is recruiting for a senior Building Surveying Manager to lead the delivery of housing maintenance, planned works and capital investment programmes. You will oversee surveying teams, major projects and budgets and help shape asset management and property investment strategies.

The role requires degree-qualified building surveying experience, strong project and people management, and a track record in housing compliance and contractor oversight.

Profile

A successful Building Surveying Manager should have:

• Good understanding of housing compliance, health & safety and building contracts.
• Local authority or social housing experience.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £48,738 to £50,908, dependent on the level of experience.
• Permanent position with company benefits.
