Job summary

AURELIUS is seeking an experienced professional to drive automation and digital transformation across diverse business functions. You will design, prototype, and implement AI-driven solutions, partnering with startups, consultancies, and tech vendors to deliver measurable value.

You will lead data-driven and automation projects end-to-end, building reusable frameworks and business cases with tangible ROI. Fluency in English is required; German is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' experience in consulting, technology, process automation, or high-growth startup environments.
• Confident working with C-suite stakeholders and translating complexity into impact.
• Proven record leading data-driven or automation projects from idea to implementation.
• Practical experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, UiPath, Power Automate).
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering (structured prompts, tool integration, RAG basics).
• Hands-on builder mindset: comfortable with Python basics, APIs, and prototype automation builds.
• Fluent in English; German a strong plus.

What You'll Do
