ProTalent Limited is seeking a Corporate Team Member (Accounts & Advisory) in the South East England area. The role combines audit, accounts, tax and advisory work with a strong client-facing element and hybrid working arrangements.

The ideal candidate is ACA or ACCA qualified, with audit, accounts prep and corporate tax experience in practice, and a commercially minded approach. You will manage multiple client assignments and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead on larger client assignments, including statutory audits and company accounts preparation.
• Prepare management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and other ad-hoc reports.
• Support clients through sales, acquisitions, and due diligence processes.
• Prepare corporation tax computations and CT600 forms.
• Provide advice and training on accounting systems, working closely with client finance teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships and adding real value.

Corporate Team Member (Accounts & Advisory)

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience)

Are you a qualified ACA or ACCA professional looking for a role that offers more than just audit? This opportunity will see you working closely with ambitious clients, supporting them across audit, accounts, tax, and wider advisory projects.

The Role

As a key member of the Corporate Services team, you will:

• Lead on larger client assignments, including statutory audits and company accounts preparation


• Prepare management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and other ad-hoc reports


• Support clients through sales, acquisitions, and due diligence processes


• Prepare corporation tax computations and CT600 forms


• Provide advice and training on accounting systems, working closely with client finance teams


• Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships and adding real value

Client portfolio: primarily businesses with turnovers between £2m and £100m, across a wide variety of sectors. Audit will represent around 35–40% of the role, offering a strong balance with accounts, tax, and advisory work.
