Job summary

ICAEW in Diss is seeking a hands-on Manager in our Business South team to lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing culture, driving professional excellence and strong relationships across clients and staff.

You’ll mentor, develop capability, manage a portfolio of valued clients, identify growth opportunities, support recruitment, and collaborate with Partners and Senior Managers to deliver high-quality service.
