Meridian is expanding across the North East and invites graduates to join a structured Management Development Programme as a Management Trainee. No corporate experience required—full paid training and ongoing mentorship from day one.

You will help with campaign execution, performance tracking, and team leadership, while coordinating client relations and day-to-day operations across the UK. This on-site role offers a clear career pathway, travel to national events, and a collaborative culture

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Assist with coordinating day-to-day team activities, onboarding new team members, and driving campaign performance.
• Client Relations: Collaborate with senior colleagues to align daily operations with client strategies and maintain professional stakeholder communication.
• Operations & Strategy: Participate in structured workshops covering business operations, brand management, direct communication, and leadership.
