You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, communication and business development while developing leadership skills and progressing toward management roles.

The Business Development Trainee Opportunity

You’ll begin by gaining hands‑on experience across customer engagement, communication and business development while developing the skills needed to progress within the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing established UK brands through professional face‑to‑face customer engagement
• Speaking with customers and understanding their needs
• Presenting products and services clearly and confidently
• Building strong professional relationships
• Working towards individual and team objectives
• Developing communication and negotiation skills
• Taking part in regular coaching and development sessions
• Learning how to support and motivate team members
• Developing an understanding of team performance and business development
• Taking initiative and taking on additional responsibility as you develop

As you progress, you’ll have opportunities to gain experience in areas such as team leadership, coaching, recruitment, performance development and business growth.

The aim is to provide you with the practical skills and experience to progress towards future team leader and management‑level opportunities.
