Meridian is expanding its North East footprint and invites ambitious graduates to join our Management Development Programme as a Management Trainee. No corporate experience required; we provide full, paid training and mentorship to build a long-term career.

You will support campaign execution, performance tracking, and team coordination across the UK, with opportunities to progress into senior operational roles.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of client marketing campaigns across the UK.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor daily performance metrics, track campaign KPIs, and present updates to senior management.
• Team Leadership & Development: Assist with coordinating day-to-day team activities, onboarding new team members, and driving campaign performance.
• Client Relations: Collaborate with senior colleagues to align daily operations with client strategies and maintain professional stakeholder communication.
• Operations & Strategy: Participate in structured workshops covering business operations, brand management, direct communication, and leadership.
