The role involves managing and maintaining key information systems to support reporting, compliance, and performance monitoring across training programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, validating, and updating learner and course data; producing regular management information reports and dashboards; and analyzing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
The officer will collaborate with operational and academic teams to ensure accurate data entry, streamline information flows, and support effective decision-making. Additional tasks include troubleshooting data issues, helping implement system improvements, and ensuring data security and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
