Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to shape and deliver effective programmes, with a focus on managers, to support growth and performance. You will partner with business leaders to identify learning needs, design onboarding and management development, and blend digital learning with workshops.

The role includes measuring impact, managing LMS activities, and contributing to the learning strategy within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering learning and development programmes, with a focus on management development.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of training requirements across similar operational sectors.
• Engaging, collaborative communication style for stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for e-learning and training delivery.
• Proactive in identifying and addressing development needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop impactful learning solutions.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve learning programmes, including onboarding and management development programmes.
• Create engaging learning experiences using a blend of digital learning, instructor-led training, workshops, and innovative methods.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes through assessments, feedback, and metrics to drive improvements.
• Manage and optimise learning technologies, including LMS, for effective delivery, tracking and user support.
• Contribute to the organisation's learning and development strategy, supporting career development and talent growth initiatives.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and compliance with regulatory requirements.
